Any company that employs commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers must maintain a Full DQF for each driver in accordance with FMCSA regulations.

Documents that are required for a Full DQF include the driver's application for employment, motor vehicle record (MVR), medical certificate, road test certificate, and a copy of the driver's commercial driver's license (CDL) or equivalent.

A Full DQF must be retained for as long as the driver is employed by the motor carrier and for three years thereafter.
